CN is called the Canadian National Railway Company. It is a major Canadian Class I freight railway headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. CN operates an extensive network of tracks across Canada and into the United States, making it one of the largest railway companies in North America. **

The C:N ratio, or carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, is a measure of the relative proportions of carbon and nitrogen in a substance, such as soil or organic matter. It is an important indicator of the nutrient content and decomposition potential of organic materials. A higher C:N ratio indicates a greater proportion of carbon relative to nitrogen, which can lead to slower decomposition and nutrient release, while a lower C:N ratio indicates a greater proportion of nitrogen relative to carbon, which can lead to faster decomposition and nutrient release. Understanding the C:N ratio is important for managing soil fertility, composting, and overall nutrient cycling in ecosystems. **

Above your rental apartment door, there may be a door frame or lintel, which is a horizontal beam that supports the structure above the door opening. There may also be a transom window, which is a small window above the door that allows natural light to enter the space. Additionally, there could be a decorative molding or trim, such as a crown molding or a decorative pediment, to add visual interest to the doorway. **

The window door is tilted and open by first unlocking the latch or handle. Then, the top of the window is pushed outward, allowing it to tilt open at an angle. This design allows for ventilation while still providing some security as the window cannot be fully opened from the outside. **

I'm sorry, but I am unable to physically see the door/window you are referring to. If you can provide me with the measurements or a description of the door/window, I would be happy to help you determine its dimensions. **

To glue polycarbonate plastic, it is important to use a specialized adhesive that is designed to bond with this type of plastic. Look for adhesives labeled as suitable for use with polycarbonate, such as cyanoacrylate (super glue) or a two-part epoxy. Before applying the adhesive, make sure the surfaces are clean and free of any dirt, grease, or other contaminants. Apply the adhesive according to the manufacturer's instructions and allow it to cure fully before subjecting the bonded pieces to any stress or load. **

In a rental apartment, window replacement typically requires the approval of the landlord or property management company. The tenant would need to submit a request for the replacement, outlining the reasons for the upgrade and the proposed timeline for the work. The landlord or property management would then assess the request and may choose to hire a professional contractor to complete the window replacement. The cost of the replacement would typically be covered by the landlord, unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement. **

Cats scratch at doors and windows to mark their territory, stretch their muscles, and sharpen their claws. When they scratch at door seals and window putty, they are likely trying to gain access to the other side or simply exploring their surroundings. Cats have a natural instinct to scratch and investigate different textures, which can lead to damage to door seals and window putty over time. Providing cats with appropriate scratching posts and toys can help redirect their behavior and protect your home from damage. **
